A new type of slope protection form is proposed in this paper, referring to some previous design of slope forms and detailed practical project. It is called Ecological Slope with Anchor Bolt and Hinged Type of Block. In order to verify the seismic behavior of the new type of slope form, shaking table model test is carried out and stability factor is analyzed in this paper.Natural slope without vegetation, slope with hinged type of block, ecological slope with hinged type of block and ecological slope with anchor bolt and hinged type of block are designed in this paper. Shaking table model test with three kinds of seismic waves is applied to this paper. The amplification, dynamic earth pressure, displacement of four kinds of slope and the anchor force of the ecological slope with anchor bolt and hinged type of block are measured, dynamic response is analyzed under earthquake. The results show:acceleration magnified effect exists in four kinds of slope, the PGA amplification factor of natural slope without vegetation is largest, the PGA amplification factor of ecological slope with anchor bolt and hinged type of block is smallest, the phenomenon of low-frequency amplification and high frequency suppression exist in all the slope forms. Dynamic earth pressure varies with height, earth pressure of ecological slope with anchor bolt and hinged type of block is larger than earth pressure of natural slope without vegetation under the same order of magnitude of earthquake. Under the effect of small earthquakes, the anchor force in the middle of the slope is larger, the anchor force in the upper of the slope increases with the increase of the earthquake and exceeding the anchor force in the middle of the slope eventually. The displacement of the ecological slope with anchor bolt and hinged type of block is minimum and the displacement of the natural slope without vegetation is largest, under the same order of magnitude of earthquake.The stability factor of the four slope forms is also analyzed and the formulas of stability factor are deduced. The stability factor in various conditions is calculated by the formula, stability factor is also calculated by using FLAC3D (a finite difference software). The result which is calculated by formula is compared with the result that's calculated by FLAC3D, it shows that they can match well.The analysis of shaking table model test and the stability factor of four kinds of slope show that the seismic performance of ecological slope with anchor bolt and hinged type of block is better than the other three kings of slope, it can be a reference for engineering applications.
