With the development of technology, the accuracy of the measurement of oxygen in hospital is gradually increased. But there are still many problems in the existing hospital building environment. For example, the operation of generic cabling can not be implemented. The technology of Wireless Sensor Network (WSN) has great convenience and implementation when the technology was applied to the measurement of oxygen. Through the deployment of sensor nodes, the system of WSN was composed of using multi-hop to add ad hoc network. Finally, the system can achieve the goal of querying the real-time oxygen flow, the design of this system has broad application prospects.First of all, by analyzing the characteristics and research status of the oxygen measurement in hospital and by aiming at the problem of the measurement of oxygen flow, this paper proposed combining the technology of Wireless Sensor Network with the measurement of oxygen so that the integrated design which was about the collection of oxygen flow, error control and oxygen pipeline divulgence can be realized. The measurement of oxygen system was designed by choosing ZigBee technology as the WSN platform.Secondly, the hardware circuit design of the system was introduced in detail. This paper selected the chip of CC2530 as the core of the system and used the thermal gas mass flowmeter of EPI as the collection of oxygen flow. Meanwhile, it made full use of temperature sensor and smoke transducer to collect the corresponding data. This system was equipped with error control, buzzer alarming, indicator light flashing and PC pop-up warning box. This paper introduced the design of signal acquisition, wireless communication module, sensor module in detail.This paper introduced the software design of the system in detail. It was based on the development of Z-Stack protocol stack. The first step was to let the coordinator, the router, the terminal node add ad-hoc network. The second step was that the sensor nodes collected the data and used the technology of WSN to communicate with the nodes in the network. In the end, this paper designed the interface of PC, which can realize the real-time query of the data and the historical query from the database.In the end of this paper, the hardware and software of the system were debugged, the system achieved the goal of uploading the data to PC, the error control, the query of the data and so on. It verified the feasibility of the measurement of oxygen system which was designed by choosing ZigBee technology in actual situation. The experimental results showed that the system was reasonable in design, it combined the actual environment. The system has a high value of application.
