Because of its huge advantage in energy saving and environmental protection,LED lights has been increasingly used in the field of lighting. Public lighting area occupied large proportion in the field of lighting, so use LED lights to replace ordinary street lamp is a trend of the development of the public lighting field. Although the new way of lighting has considerable advantages in various aspects, if with the current simple street lamp control system, the combination does not play a large role. At present, the street light control system can’t realize intelligent control according to the conditions of the around environment. The control of street lamp is also unable to fine to one. This system integrates the wireless network technology, microwave induction technology and the light sensing technology, and realizes the control of the street lamp, remote control and management fine to one control system.In this paper, through the analysis of the actual needs of street lighting, presenting the basic functions of system need to be achieved, determine the wireless network technology, microwave induction technology, the light sensing technology as the foundation of the whole system scheme. Through the comparison of several wireless communication methods, the Zig Bee network is determined as the communication. The hardware system of the module of the microwave module, the Doppler microwave module, the illumination detection module and the street lamp control module are designed in this paper. The software part of the street lamp control node and the center node is developed, and the monitor interface of the upper computer for the PC terminal is developed. Among them, the street lamp control node to achieve the induction control of the street lamps, upload street lamp information, receive control commands light itself or adjacent street lamps. The central node can realize the status of the street lamp, send the control commands and communicate with the PC terminal.In the hardware system testing process, the hardware node transmit power, the communication distance of the node, the sensor of the photo sensitive and the signal of microwave sensor are tested in the hardware system. In the course of networking testing, the Zig Bee network supports many topologies and multi hop networks. In the process of combination of hardware and software testing, the system can complete periodic query and reply and send the control command to the specific a node, the node can be controlled nearby nodes and PC display each node in the network information, and other functions, to meet the design requirements.In this paper, the intelligent lighting control system combined the LED street lamp control,wireless network with microwave induction technology,realizing the intelligent control of the streetlight, improving the existing control method. It has a very broad prospects for development.
