Pump as the heart of the industry, widely used in many fields, such as mining, aerospace, shipbuilding, electric power sector and so on. There are many deficiencies in the existing large displacement pressure pump, so it is necessary to develop a new type of large displacement pump. In a broad sense, the engine also belongs to fluid machinery. As a new type of engine, the triangle rotor engine has the advantages of simple structure and small size. Therefore, based on the triangle rotor engine can be derived from the study of the abnormal cycloid rotor pump, this new type of rotor pump has the advantages of simple structure, large flow, high lift. Based on this, this paper mainly focuses on the research work:(1)Design method and theoretical analysis. This paper explains the working principle and structure of the abnormal cycloid rotor pump. and discusses the derivation process of the cylinder and rotor line equations by using the calculus method. Based on the trajectory of rotor and cylinder, the variation of flow rate and flow rate is analyzed. Mechanical analysis is carried out on the moving component, such as rotor, shaft and seal.(2)Optimal design of abnormal cycloid rotor pump is established. Based on the maximum flow rate of the unit mass, the objective function equation is established and the corresponding design parameters are determined. According to the design requirements of the constraint function, such as flow, size, strength and so on; it set up the parameters of the design equation; using MATLAB optimization toolbox analysis and calculation, and it finally determines the parameters of the pump parts. A pump shell optimization model and the design variable are also establish; analysis of the natural vibration modes of the pump shell, it constraints which influence the design accuracy of natural frequency, maximum strength and axial deformation; on this basis. The optimal thickness in the pump shell are calculated. The lightweight design of the pump is realized.(3)Finite element analysis of the core parts. Based on the theory of elastic mechanics, the finite element model of the shaft and rotor is established, and the static analysis is carried out by the actual working conditions. Dynamic meshing analysis of gear affected by different modulus is studied. The relationship between modulus and maximum stress of gear, transmission error is studied. By the best performance of the modulus, between the variation law of variation coefficient and maximum stress, transmission error are analyzed.(4)Study on the flow characteristics of the pump. Based on the theory of fluid mechanics, a two dimensional turbulent flow model of the pump is established. The internal pressure field and velocity field distribution under the actual condition are analyzed. The grid of the gap between the rotor and the cylinder is refined, and the relationship between the gap and the flow characteristics is simulated. The flow characteristics of different media are studied, such as water, gasoline and diesel. The effect of different working conditions on the performance of the pump is analyzed, such as speed and output pressure.(5)In this paper, the method of parts processing and test of the pump. Processing method and technology of core parts are elaborated, such as cylinder, rotor, gear. The pump assembly and design of the test bench are finished. The test is designed to study the effect of rotating speed and pressure on the volume efficiency and total efficiency of the pump.
