Electrical servo system has gradually entered the practical stage, with the rapid development of high power supply technology, modern power electronics technology and Control technology. By virtue of mechanism simplicity, resource utilization ratio, no leakage and maintenance simplicity, electrical servo system has started the application in the Launch vehicle and swing engine to carry on thrust vector control.A triple redundant electrical servo system was designed in this paper, which develop the strategy of redundancy management in improving reliability and perform Simulation and testing.Firstly, a triple redundant electrical servo system is designed. Theory analysis and design methods were shown in structure design and electrical control. The overall scheme was designed, according to System working mode.Secondly, based on the analysis of failure mode in triple redundant electrical servo system, redundancy management strategy was completed in this paper, which is aiming at the failure mode of Signal level, control level and transmission structure. Then, detailed design was completed in Signal voting plan, fault monitoring scheme, System reconstruction technology and overload separation mechanism. Thirdly, the mathematical model was set up to optimize and study the parameters of motor model, transmission characteristics and load matching. The model was simulated to get the best control algorithm. Then, redundancy management strategy and performance of the system were verified. At last, an experimental prototype and a load matching platform were built to conduct detailed experimental research. From the difference between the test results and simulation results, control parameters were analyzed and adjusted to guarantee the quality of system performance and to verify the feasibility of system scheme.The comprehensive design plan and the redundancy management strategy were presented in the process of triple redundant electrical servo system design. And simulating calculation and experiment were completed for the working performance to achieve the control algorithm and parameters. The calculated results agree well with the measured data, which has achieved good results.
