A Planning Practice And Exploration Of "The Beautiful Village" Under The Background Of The Integration Of Regional Resources

In the "completion of a comprehensive well-off" under the national development goal orientation, dominated by "beautiful country" of rural construction of temporal opened up China's rural modernization and transformation. It is directly associated with the process of national development goals. Therefore, how to use "the beautiful Village" development opportunities, through the perspective of modernization to enhance functionality, resource integration, context protection, place-making, etc., to promote the modernization and sustainable development of rural transformation. This is becoming the main points of the current rural construction. Under this background, the studies have become an urgent task of the "beautiful village" construction, it mainly including the "beautiful village" model of development, planning methods, management system, industrial distribution and other studies.The object of study is Xiajiang village in Zhejiang Province. Research through the qualitative and quantitative, dynamic and static research method of combining, with "Current characteristics" "Development bottleneck" "Planning evaluation" " Development path" as the research path for tracking survey of Xiajiang village. Based on this, the author put forward to adapt to the development of local rural construction path, method of planning, implementing mechanism. At the same time, this paper constructs the sustainable development path of "beautiful village ".Around the research direction, the main content of the thesis is divided into four parts.Part I: Summary of the problems and bottlenecks in regional rural construction. Through the society, industry, form, transportation and other aspects of research in the Xiajiang village area, to refine regional characteristics. Meanwhile, this paper summarizes the current existing problems and development bottleneck of Xiajiang village from the aspects of planning, functional layout, the villager to participate.Part II: The integration of the industrial structure and the choice of the path. From the perspective of the agricultural modernization, the suitable optimization principles in the transformation of agricultural modernization, industrial structure, industry type.Part III: The planning method and countermeasures of the "beautiful countryside". The article made the construction path of Xiajiang villager from two aspects, included planning strategy and planning method.
