With the development of our civil aviation, the national airplane industry is developing speedy. Inertial navigation component takes important place in civil airplane’s research and design. With the improvement of inertial navigation component and inertial system accuracy, the requirement of performance to test equipment is higher and higher. This paper is based on “Lan-based Intelligent Control System of A320 aircraft”, research and design test platform of inertial navigation component—three-axis flight simulation turntable.Firstly, according to the requirement of three-axis flight simulator turntable capability, recognize the structure plan of the turntable, including structure design, driver component design, test component design and so on. Make sure the control computer and DSP control system, establish the double level control structure.Secondly, inertia equations and dynamics equations are presented according to the structure of the three-axis simulating turntable. Torque equations and the coupling relationship of three-axis have been analysed. Based on state feedback and state compensating, finish uncoupling of turntable, and then establish the one input-one output mathematic model. According to the mathematic model, the hardware of turntable is designed.Finally, compare with traditional PID control arithmetic and use Pontryagin’s studies, improve traditional PID arithmetic. Put the arithmetic into control system, design simulation test through Matlab and true turntable, and receive available data from test.
