The purpose of this topic is to design a frangible structure of runway closure markings,on the basis of the requirements of ICAO ANNEX 14. And the static and dynamic simulation analysis is made. Firstly, the development and research actuality of runway closure markings around the domestic and overseas is introduced. Secondly, in accordance with requirement of its easy disjunction, the structural designing of the runway closure markings is completed.Thirdly, on the basis of the finite element analysis theory, the static and dynamic simulation analysis of the runway closure markings is done with the SOLIDWORKS and ANSYS/LS-DYNA.For static simulation: On the basis of the finite element theory, entity model is established by SOLIDWORKS and the force researches are fulfilled by COSMOS/Works, which is one of the software’s toolboxes. In COSMOS/Works, parameters against actual working conditions are determined. The finite element model is improved by using physical characteristics and constraint condition of the forced components. With the wind load applied, the simulation is accomplished and the relevant parameters are obtained, and the useful information for the optimum design and other characteristics analysis is provided. By the result of simulation of the COSMOS/Works, it can be easily found whether the design is reasonable or not and the physical model can be easily modified and analyzed again until a reasonable result is got, which improves the research efficiency. For the dynamic simulation analysis: the ANSYS/LS-DYNA is used, and the model is imported from SOLIDWORKS to ANSYS/LS-DYNA with its own interface, then the simulation analysis of this easy disjunction device on the basis of the explicit dynamics is made. So that the status of the dynamic collision can be vividly demonstrated and the curve of displacement, velocity, acceleration and stress can be got intuitively.
