Flight simulator is an essential aviation simulated device to train the pilot, and control loading system is an important part of flight simulator. Through operating the control loading system, the pilot can carry on the human in loop flight simulated training. So the quality of control loading directly affects fidelity of flight simulator.With The electric control loading system is a simulation control system which mounts on flight simulator. The system synthetically uses modern servo-control technologies which include computer and PWM modulation. To fulfill the system controlling requirement,Yanhua IPC-60 is used to sampling signals,process and compute the data, main computer is used to operate the real time control software. LabVIEW 8.6 is used to build the operating interface, controlling programme is compiled with C language. UDP agreement communication module in LabVIEW to realize data communication, at last function test is processed.In order to solve the problems such as nonlinearity, disturbance, extraneous force and oscillation of external ring appearing in a flight simulator electric control loading system is controlled with a single PID, a composite control algorithm is proposed which consists of PID in the external ring, Fuzzy PID controller and Back Propagation neural networks. The control system is modeled and simulated based on the composite control algorithm in MATLAB, The result proves that this control algorithm has better characters in overshot, response, precision and anti-interference than the single PID control. The system can train pilots with reality strength quickly.
