| With the development of computer technology and deepening development of human cognition,flight simulator is applied more and more widely in aviation and military training,its low cost,high safety and repeatability has attracted attention of many countries.Control loading system as an important part of flight simulator plays an important role in flight environment reproduction and improving the training accuracy.According to overall performance index of the simulator,the thesis laid emphasis on mechanical structure,hardware selection and software programing of the control loading system,digital simulation was used to validate the designing.In terms of system design,the thesis started from mechanical structure and overall performance of the simulator.Direct dynamic loading mode and DC torque motor as actuator was selected,Beckhoff field bus technology was used as input and output,at the same time RTX(Real-Time eXtension)software running in industry PC was applied to realize realtime response in Windows operating system.Designs mentioned above are guarantee for realistic reproduction of flight circumstance.On the basic of technical proposal,structure and working principle of control loading system was analysed.As an example,we constructed force feedback loop of the longitudinal channel,digital simulation is carried out based on Matlab/Simulink.Composition of whole system was optimized.Static and dynamic effects of system due to specific mechanism and control method was analysed,and initial value of some parameters were roughly validated too in simulation.Results of simulation confirm the validity of the proposal.As for the software programming,firstly,object-oriented development method adopted,class hierarch design completed,the data and algorithm package was implemented.Secondly,in the terms of the core algorithm,as examples,parameters configuration algorithm of control loading and clock managing algorithm were elaborated to reveal software programming.Lastly,user monitoring interface and software debugging method were described and visualization interface was implemented in the article.At last,tests for real force in flight to make sure the validaty of the control loading system.Design and implement methods for the System in this paper are applicable to other simulators in some extent,which means has a certain universality and significance. |
