The performance of ship propulsion shafting has great effect on the stealth, mobility, range, safety and reliability of ship. If the space position of ship propulsion shafting bearing is not reasonable, it will directly affect the running stability of propulsion shafting. Also it may cause bearing eccentric wear and propulsion shafting vibration. In order to ensure the bearing axis installation comply with the design curve, this paper uses the bearing hole position measurement system to protect the dynamic characteristics of bearing and guarantee its stability. Then eliminate the eccentric wear of the bearing and the vibration of shafting system. At present, the basic measuring principle and theoretical analysis of the bearing hole position measurement system has been completed the study. And the prototype also has been made. But the bearing hole position measuring system has some engineering problems.In view of the problems that there is optical flare in the non-diffracting image, this paper improves the optical path of bearing hole position measuring system. Through analysis test, know that if place the imaging plate tilt before a certain angle, the optical flare can be removed from the non-diffracting image, because the optical flare is outside of the target surface of the CCD camera. In the end, through designing a special mechanical structure this problem is solved. Ensure the reliability and stability of the algorithm that gets the center of non-diffracting image.To reflect the six dimension space attitude of the probe measuring bearing hole pose, this article also defines the coordinate system of the bearing hole position measurement system of in detail. Make the relationship among non-diffraction beam linear benchmark, probe and propulsion shafting. Make sure the bearing can comply with the design curve of the axis installation.In addition, this paper also makes use of Visual C++ 6.0 to write the measurement software of the probe measuring bearing hole pose. This measurement software can acquire data, input the theoretical value, evaluate data, check reference, display measurement results digitally and other functions. Software engineering of measurement system also needs to improve in "search arc touch the edge", " partition of search arc is uneven ", " the most right point of search arc is not science" and " the process of arc search is unreasonable ".At last, ensure the stability and reliability of the software system by the test that calculates relevant non-diffraction beam images.Finally, basing on the coordinates system of bearing hole position measurement system the related probe calibration parameters are defined and the calibration experiment and verification test are designed. Through the experiments obtain the probe calibration data, and use the validation test to confirm the accuracy and reliability of the calibration data. Basically achieve the engineering of measurement software of the probe measuring bearing hole pose.
