In recent years, as the rapid development of the automotive industry, the development of thermal efficiency and improvement of emissions in the internal combustion engine is imminent with the problem of environmental pollution and rapidly growing energy consumption. So it is particularly important to improve the combustion in cylinder, the strategy of dual fuel injection realizing the RCCI to control the fuel reaction is of great potential. In this paper, developing a set of electronically controlled gasoline injectio n system in inlet port on the basis of an electronically controlled direct injection single cylinder diesel engine achieves this strategy. And developing a system to collect the cylinder pressure and other signals to display and processing data and test the combustion performance of the engine online. And test the internal combustion performance guides the design of optimized engine.In order to achieve the control of the timing of PFI, uses STM32F103RBT6 microcontroller as a control core of the electronically controlled fuel injection system in inlet port, and refers the flywheel position signal and camshaft position signal of the origina l engine, and design and make the signal conversion and drive circuit by Protel99, and then program the microcontroller through the library functions by ?-Vision5 software. And displaying engine speed and injection parameters on the LCD screen by SCM control, to program serial communication program on PC to communicate with the microcontro ller according to the VISA protocol in Lab VIEW software to set injection parameters on the computer.The combustion signal analysis online system uses NI's USB-6351 acquisition card to collect the cylinder pressure signal and transport to the host computer. Then use Lab VIEW software platform development program to display the cylinder pressure data and calculate dynamometer and combustion heat release rate and other engine operating parameters, as well as store the results of processing the data in an Excel file for offline analysis. Calculating engine combustion performance online greatly improves the efficiency of experiments.
