| Heavy-haul transportion, an internationally recognized development direction of Railway Freight, symbolizes the level of development of the railway. However, The key factor restricting the expansion of heavy-hual transportion is the braking system, which is related to the safe operation of train, and the key link to ensure the train safe in operating. The brake cylinder, as the core essentials of the Train braking system, is of great concern to the safe operation of the railway. At present, the problem of brake cylinder detection been in existence: low efficiency on detection, intensive labor, but More to the point is that human factors in operating affect the result of detection. Seeing that the status quo of the brake cylinder detection, In this paper, we design a automatic detection system to brake cylinder, aiming at achieving process monitoring, resulting output, data saving of brake cylinder detection, through the host computer monitoring system.This paper shows the overall architecture of brake cylinder fault detection platform of heavy-haul train, elaborates the working principle and the detection performance index of it, and illustrates the hardware and software implementation solution of control system, focusing on the communication interface designing between host computer and slave computer the Industrial Ethernet Modbus/TCP. In terms of hardware, solution in this paper adopts, STM32 and FPGA, dual-core processor architecture, the FPGA module is responsible for the data collection, and the STM32 module is in charge of the process control of laboratory table, to transfer the data to the host computer by Industrial Ethernet. In terms of Software, specificially design the process control procedures of STM32 module and Modbus/TCP interface program; data processing and transmission program of FPGA modules; host computer modules written in C-sharp, and realize the process monitoring, data processing, the resulting output and so on.in The last part of this article, there is a integral testing to the whole brake cylinder platform. The results shows that the design of the brake cylinder detection platform can meet the functions system requires, and it can quickly, accurately perform kinds of testing on the brake cylinder, draw detection conclusion, ensure the safe operation of the heavy-haul train and achieve the expected goal. |
