In power plant the thermal deaerator utilize the extraction steam of turbine heating boiler feed water, and make the boiler feed water reaching the saturation temperature corresponding to this pressure, which is to remove the oxygen and other gases dissolved in water and to prevent heat equipment like the boiler, turbine and pipes subject to corrosion; On the other hand deaerator is direct contact water heater, it is a ring of water heating system, using the turbine extraction steam heating boiler feed water, which can improve the thermal power plant efficiency and save fuel. This article is to do research on feedwater heating deaerator of the thermal power plant. The study includes thermodynamic calculation of the heat and mass transferring about thermal deaerator, building a thermal deaerator centered oxygen test bench and so on. The main contents are as follows:Do thermodynamic calculation about the thermal deaerator heat and mass transferring. In order to meet the objective conditions that we have to builid deaerator in the laboratory, we need to design the small heat deaerator. it is necessary to calculate thermal and hydraulic conditions which can provide evidence about its design and manufacture of a low heat deaerator, so I did the related thermodynamic calculation, incoulding the calculation of thermal calculation and some of the major components.Set up the whole oxygen system and make the thermal deaerator to the center.This article analysis the basic thermodynamic parameters and structural design of the low thermal deaerator; oxygen auxiliary systems such as steam supply system, water supply system, drainage, and oxygen backwater water sampling system, design of measurement and control system; matching corresponding selection of equipment about the temperature, pressure, flow in measurement and control system measurements, completing the entire oxygen system,measuring the effects of different oxygen conditions change, providing a actual experimental data for the molecular dynamics simulation,and providing references for the thermal power station deaerator.Do a summary in current oxygen content formula and optimized the oxygen content formula in the project.The oxygen content in water is mainly affected by temperature and pressure in these two areas, at present, the existed oxygen content of the calculation method is mainly incoulding the conventional oxygen calculation tables and the engineering formulas which is only can be used within a certain scope.Combined with relevant literature about the formula, by comparative analysis and comprehensive comparison, I fit the formula about the relationship of oxygen pressure P and temperature T based on the current oxygen content of the project.
