Pure electric vehicles is the inevitable trend of future auto development. In order to improve the driving comfort and market competitiveness of pure EV, assembling a set of air conditioning system is indispensable to pure EV. The air conditioning system of traditional fuel cars keep warm by engine waste heat. Because of pure EV is without engine. So how to heating for the air conditioning system design of pure electric vehicle has brought new challenges. The PTC water heater heating system is mature and safe heating system of pure EV. There was a huge loss of battery for this system, which shortens the driving range of pure EV. So develop a set of energy-efficient of the PTC water heater heating system has very important significance.The article mainly is the research of PTC water heater structure and its control system. For the flaws of existing PTC heating tube, we improve the structure of PTC heating tube. And this improves the efficiency and reliability of PTC heating tube. Use the insulating ceramic porcelain column as insulation layer, which has better aging resistance and thermal conductivity as compared with insulation film. Do not use adhesive bonding the heating piece and electrode. Compact the PTC heating tube by drawing process, which can make the heating piece and electrode closely contact and enhance the heat transfer effect and shock resistance. And design ably the internal cavity structure of ceramic porcelain column, which is used to be insulating layer, to avoiding the PTC heating piece damage due to the pressure of other parts. The ceramic porcelain column internal has some deformation space to ensure the PTC heating piece will not bear too much extrusion when the process of drawing. At the same time, this article designs the overall structure of the PTC heater. The heater has so many characteristics such as heating, high efficiency, temperature rise inside the car slow uniform.The heater control system of this article based on single chip microcomputer STC15F2K60S2 as the control core, equipped with several modules to complete system control function. The working and stop state of the PTC heater controlled by power electronic device IGBT. Use PWM signal as the input signal of the IGBT driving circuit. And adjust the PWM signal's duty ratio to control heater power, which to realize the linear adjustment of power and precisely control the inside temperature of the vehicle.The PTC water heater of this article improves the heating effect and reliability of heater. The control system realizes the linear adjustment of power instead of the adjustment of gear. Through the power linear adjustment of the control system makes the adjustment of the performance of heating is more meticulous. The heating system is more energy- efficient and it reduces on the loss of battery, which to extend the driving range.
