With the development of automobile industry and the worsening of the global environmental problems,all countries in the world and automobile manufacturers are constantly increasing their research efforts on new energy vehicles.Pure electric vehicles are the most promising new energy vehicles.They have matured in related fields at present,but this is not the limit of development.Heating System is the most important part of air conditioning systems and its designing is especially challenging because it can not generate heat by using the heat of the engine.At present,automobile manufacturers use the auxiliary equipment with PTC as the core heating material to heat the interior of the automobile,which inevitably consumes a certain amount of electric energy and affects the electric vehicle endurance.Based on the above background,this paper designed a PTC heating system for electric vehicles.It mainly includes three parts:structural design,hardware plan,software programing.Structural design mainly relies on CAD software to complete the device design,and the design focus is to reduce the water resistance of the device and improve the heating efficiency;hardware circuit design involves current sampling,overcurrent protection,temperature checking,data storage,RS485 communication;software mainly includes two aspects: temperature control and interface design.The system has three level about temperature controling,and transplanted PID algorithm to achieve precise temperature control.About Interface designing,the system is mainly based on ?COS-II operating system and ?CGUI graphical interface to achieve.In addition,this article also debugged and summarized the system.This article at the end of the commissioning of the system and concluded that the system is inadequate and put forward the idea of improvement.Overall,the system's performance is mainly reflected in three places.Structure,the system has high security,and high heating efficiency,low energy consumption;hardware circuit,the system can achieve effective control of the heating device and protection;software,the system provides users with a friendly operation Interface,the user can not only control the system through the interface,but also through the interface for effective monitoring,in order to facilitate the system to update and maintain.
