Biomass energy, because of its renewable and environmentally friendly nature, not only eases the contradiction between supply and demand of energy to a certain extent, but also effectively solves the problem of environmental pollution. However, in actual operations, the development of biomass power generation business is always restricted by its high cost in logistics and insufficient supply of feedstock. Therefore, it is important to minimize the logistics cost of feedstock with confirmation of daily production in biomass plant.This thesis focuses on Xinneng Company to analyze the current situation of feedstock and points out the problems need to be solved in feedstock supply, such as dispersal of logistic management, lack of integrated planning for logistic scheduling and low level of information. The thesis proposes to optimize the feedstock logistic in accordance with the "overall co-ordination, joint operation," and realize the purpose which is improving the logistics manageme nt level of the biomass raw materials, reducing the logistics cost of the raw material and fully safeguarding the power demand of the biomass power plant by tissue remodeling, vehicle focus, process optimization and information support. On this basis, the thesis sets minimal logistics cost as the objective function to construct the feedstock logistic model. By analyzing history data of the company, the data of feedstock logistic model can be input. Then the model can be solved with CPLEX to get multi-cycle feedstock logistics scheme.
