Research On Optimization Of Logistics Cost Management In Supply Chain Of F Automobile Parts Company

Automobile parts logistics is an important market segment of the logistics industry,which fluctuates with the development of the automobile industry.Competition in China’s automobile industry intensifying,major car companies are shifting the cost burden to suppliers,thus reducing the profit potential of parts businesses in the supply chain’s uppermost stages.Under this premise,auto parts enterprises have been focusing on the recognized "third profit source" and constantly seeking solutions to reduce logistics costs.This paper analyzes the current situation of supply chain logistics cost management of F auto parts company,identifies the problems of supply chain logistics cost management of F auto parts company and combs out the main problems by consulting a large number of contents such as supply chain management,logistics cost management,etc.,and the logistics cost management optimization strategy of F Auto Parts Company is proposed by drawing on advanced logistics concepts and excellent logistics management experience at home and abroad,gradually investing funds into enterprises for logistics facilities construction and talent training,and improving the quality of logistics services.In the specific operation,integrate the logistics systems commonly used by F Auto Parts Company in the aspect of logistics information,integrate the small systems into other systems,avoid the problems and effects caused by data transmission errors or system delays between systems,and make the data obtained by enterprises real-time and accurate;In terms of production logistics,we designed three production scheduling plans for F Auto Parts Company through market research,and selected the best plan for F Auto Parts Company through data calculation to ensure the smoothness of workshop production,optimize the storage area,reduce inventory accumulation,and improve production efficiency;In terms of distribution logistics,it is proposed to use GPS system and TMS system to share real-time data of logistics,which increases the transparency of management.
