The Architecture Design Research Of Residents Resettlement Area Based On The Strategy Of Integration Of Tourism Scenic Area Development

Under the background of the era of rapid urbanization, tourism development has become a powerful catalyst of urbanization. In China, tourism development is at a beginning stage, so there is no detailed design guidelines and rules and regulations for the residents relocation area construction. Then, in the process of the practice of resettlement area construction had generated some improper problem, the specific performance in:function mixed and Life inconvenience; Relocation area marginalized and disorderly development; poorer build quality and Negative impact; lack of external public space integration. To improve the quality of the scenic area of the visit and the standard of living of the residents, realize the integration of development of Relocation area and the scenic area, we proposed a method Integrated design to both of them, in order to increase the integrity, avoid marginalization and one-sided development, finally improve the quality of tourists and residents satisfaction.The thesis consists of seven parts. The introduction part describes the problem of tourism development brought to the scenic spots and residents relocation area under the rapid process of urbanization, then makes clear the research background of thesis. The chapterl embarks from the actual research and design practice, determines the approach to the study of thesis through analyzing the current situation of research and discovering relocation area construction problems, then provides the basis for integrated design. The chapter2 expounds the concept of integration of the resettlement area and design, analyzes the influence factors of integrated design, and lay the foundation for the integration of design. The chapter3 from the perspective of building function, aiming at the effects of the scenic area development, puts forward the solution to the building function compound. The chapter4 embarking from the architectural space-the space between the resettlement area and the scenic area, and the space inside resettlement area-proposes the corresponding design strategy at two levels of integration design to adapt the activity of people. The chapter5 describes how to control the resettlement area construction from the building style and features in order to adapt to the demand of the tourism development.
