With the speeding up of urbanization, the number of office building is increasing day by day. Energy consumption of office building has become the current concern of a designer, and how to reduce artificial lighting energy consumption which takes large participation in office building whole life cycle has become a problem to be solved. In recent years, many designers consider the application of daylight as a new energy-saving strategy. The application of natural lighting in office buildings is becoming more and more widely. From the energy conservation and economic point of view, the natural lighting is energy-saving, green, pollution-free and sustainable. From comfort perspective, research has shown that natural light has more advantages than any other light sources, and it is considered to be an important physical condition for the users' satisfaction of office building. But natural daylighting also has disadvantages such as glare and overlit, which will affect the comfort of users. And natural daylighting is easily affected by the weather, when it is cloudy, the users have to open artificial lighting. People stay long in office room, whether the light in the office environment is comfortable or not will affect their mood and office efficiency directly.So combining the natural light and artificial light has great significance.Based on the above analysis, this paper conducts a series of investigation on-line and measurement in Nanking typical office buildings from the point of lighting comfort,and then discusses the lighting problems in office building and what office workers focus on about the office lighting environment Secondly, this paper discusses the lighting calculation theory based on the former literatures, and then uses Desktop Randiance software to analysis the related factors of office lighting, and get an optimation comprehensive parameters using the orthogonal experimental method. Thirdly, this paper puts the automatically controlled blinds and artificial intelligent dimming system together as a optimation model for energy-saving and lighting comfort, and uses Energyplus to validate the applicability of the model in Nanking. And also the feasibility of the model is validated through simlation in Matlab. At last, this paper summarizes the research contect of the full text, and discuss the innovation points and futher research in the future, which laid the foundation for subsequent research.Through the research of this paper, it is comformed that the model proposed by this paper is applicable and feasible in Nanking. Using this model in the office building office will not only improve the indoor comfort but also can save more than 20% of the energy consumption.
