Research On The Governance Of The Daqing River Of Baoding Area In New China(1949-1979)

Daqing River is a tributary of the Haihe River, most of the region through Baoding. The history of the Daqing River disaster caused by flooding water. The lack of geographical environment particularity, the harnessing means backward, the political environment of instability, management mechanism are the main reasons of the floods. After the founding of new China, the government has been the focus of governance of Daqing River. Although the flood to be radical, but it also produces a series of problems such as environmental degradation. This article sorts out the great achievements of the governance of Daqing River, and expounds the problems, so as to provide useful reference for future water conservancy construction.Daqing River governance is a microcosm of the history of the development of modern water conservancy Chinese, reflects the dialectical relationship between human and natural environment.
