In China, real estate sales center and showroom has become a unique culture. As an important prop of property sales, it has a high-profile active role in real estate sales stage. Sales center is used to evoke the space vanity imagination of real estate buyers, stimulate buyers purchase desire. A good sales center space design is created on the core of customer experience. Good customer experience in order to promote sales.The interior design of " Long An Qing Hua sales center " in Cangzhou, focuses on customer experience goals to create space, how to mix "humane" into the practice of room design in order to make customers feel more quality space experience becomes the core content to design. The functional requirements and visual experience in the purchasing process of customers are appeased by the details space design of designer. This paper mainly discussed the space design from two aspects:human commercial design and space construction satisfied customer experience. Human commercial design was mainly concerned with the space function require of product analysis and customer orientation, the impact of customer behavior on the line planning, the use of decorative elements based on customer psychology. And as for space construction, it was mainly focused on how the “human” philosophy applied to the case of materials and colors, water features indoor, local small space, space details and so on.
