Study On Urban Environmental Sanitation Management In Dunhuang

Since the reform and opening up, with the continuous development of the market economy, Chinese urbanization is also accelerating. With the rapid development of the city,the city's comprehensive management service level also asks for higher requirements.Among them, the urban environmental health management has also become an important indicator to evaluate the level of a city's comprehensive management services.Environmental health management, as an important symbol and a part of a city's comprehensive management, is closely related with the residents of the masses of production and life. The improvement of urban environmental sanitation not only help to residents to improve the living environment, reduce and prevent disease infection disease and improving the health level, but also help to improve the urban living and investment environment, promote the city's economic development and social civilization degree.In recent years, governments at all levels have paid more and more attention to the development of urban environmental sanitation work. In 2015, Dunhuang City won the honor of the national health city. Shazhou town as political, economic and cultural center of the city of Dunhuang, due to the large number of household and foreign population,daily production and life, produced a large number of production and living waste, the difficulty of urban environmental sanitation management is great, especially the urban bungalow area garbage bucket in urban and rural areas. Besides, due to the lack of government management services and funding, the responsibilities of various functional departments are not clear, the urban environmental sanitation management efficiency and service quality, the urban development and construction is still in the obvious backward state. There are many reasons for these problems, such as the backward concept of the government leadership, the quality of the residents is not high; the management system is not perfect, the degree of attention is not enough, the investment is small, the infrastructure is weak, etc.Based on the research results and practical experience of public management theory,by using investigation method, literature research method, comparative analysis method,case analysis method, this paper started with the theory of public management by anglicizing of public policy and system. Hoping to find a suitable model of urban environmental health management, and make a contribution to the creating of a civilized and the international cultural tourism city.
