High Vacuum Dewatering Dynamic Compaction Technology combines dynamic compaction and mechanical precipitation, the characteristics of two kinds of construction technology is a new joint reinforcement technique. At present, the technology of the joint is also a lack of systematic study, the reinforcement mechanism and consolidation theory explanation is not mature enough, everything is still in exploring stage. Nevertheless, in practical engineering, when the design and construction is still in the stage of experiment, it play an important role in the development and application of further promote this construction technology which would discussed and obtain the results in practical engineering and application in practical engineering.Combined with soft clay foundation yellow Handan railway IV section dealing with the practical engineering. Discussing and researching the mechanical strong compaction technique and mechanism by the theory study, numerical simulation and field test.
