compaction construction has been vastly used in road construction, airport construction, hydralic construction and building construction as a basic construction method. That pursue the good and fast compaction method has been a study subject in the compaction area. This thesis not only give a creation on compaction theory that combine the vibratation and impaction together and use it on compaction equipment firstly. But also optimize the impaction system and compaction system By a lot of test. Besides this, the thesis start with the conjunct point of mechanic engineering and soil mechanics. Consider the equipment and action medium-soil as a whole body. Study the dynamic performance of interaction between the compaction equipment and soil. Set up a dynamic model for the whole system. This research improve the compaction technology and make a base for the composite compaction equipment later.The thesis analyze the possibility combined vibration and impaction on the theory. Forecast compaction result of the composite compaction equipment. Design and manufacturer the composite equipment what be used in the test. The parameter of equipment can be continuously adjusted in a large bound. The test equipment can be dwindled from prototype pro rata. It can be easily compared. So the equipment not only can be studied for theory but also for model test.The research focus on soil c compaction principle under the action of combination impaction and vibration by the test and theory method based on elasticity, plasticity and rheology performance. Put a lot of stress boxes in the soil. Measure and record the soil stress directly, then process the record datas by mathematic method. Analyze distributing rule and imitative rule. Reveal the soil dynamic performance under compaction process. Set up a dynamic model for the whole system.Study the optimal matching problem between the vibratory system and impactive system. It is right that the vibratory and impactive technology can be used in compaction equipment individually in the more compaction construction. How about the work together? It need study further. The thesis adopts main factor crossed test method to make the test. Find the optimal matching point between the impactivesystem and vibratory system by test. Analyze the every factor's influence to the result. In the last, the thesis gives the four model compare test. It include common static roller, vibratory roller impactive roller and composite roller model test. The density and soil stress be measured at same time in the test. Analyze work efficiency, work quality and imitative stress of soil. Indicate some valuable suggestion for composite compaction product on large scale.
