| With the improvement of urbanization, massive urban constructions changed the city’s underlying surface. Urban thermal environment continues to deteriorate. And as the basic unit of the city and the main place for residents of outdoor activities, thermal environment of street canyon is closely related to urban thermal environment and quality of life. Therefore, How to meet the needs of the compact development in urban central area, design urban street canyon scientifically and rationally, it’s a major challenge for urban planning and architectural design at this moment.In recent years, a lot of researches of urban thermal environment have emerged in China, although there are some studies on thermal environment of urban street canyon, but many researches on the dry area, researchs on hot and humid regions are scarce. Moreover, even some scholars take the guidance of urban design as the starting point to study tthermal environment of urban street canyon, and put forward some suggestions for improvement, but most of these improvements are described qualitatively, did not offer a quantitative answer, the conclusion of this research is difficult to be applied in practical design.In the view of the above problems, thermal environment of typical city street in Shenzhen is studied in this paper to provide a useful reference for urban thermal environment. Based on the method of numerical simulation, the following research is carried out. For all these purposes, summariz related theories and research methods of thermal environment of urban street canyon, preliminary analysis of the influence factors and mechanism of thermal environment of urban street canyon. Then according to the mechanism of thermal environment, classification of urban street canyons in Shenzhen City by design factors of urban street canyon which has much obvious affect on the thermal environment of street canyon. Summarize the typical street canyons of Shenzhen from the characteristics of the urban street canyon plane, profile characteristics and the characteristics of the underlying surface. Based on the characteristics of the urban street canyon choose Xili 366 Street District of three typical street canyon for instance, through field investigation and numerical simulation analysis of three typical street canyon thermal environment. According to the main parameters of thermal environment and standard effective temperature SET, evaluate the thermal environment of typical street in the area, sum up the changes of thermal environment of street canyon, comparison the influence of different factors on the thermal environment of street canyon. Finally, on the basis of case study, designing multi- set operating mode simulation analysis of typical urban street in Shenzhen. Quantify the influence of \trend, geometrical features and characteristics of the underlying surface on thermal environment of the urban street canyon. According to the results of numerical simulation, summarize the thermal environment characteristics of the typical urban street canyon in Shenzhen, analys the influence in different types of urban street on the thermal comfort, and then put forward some s uggestions for the optimization of urban street canyon in Shenzhen. |
