Research On Planning Strategy For Industral Style And Features Of Village In Cold Area

Since the year of 2011, when the level of Chinese urbanization reached 50%, problems of the anisotropic fast development between urban and rural has been increasing, especially in terms of infrastructure conditions, living environment and the construction of overall style and features. At the same time, the unprecedented speed of Chinese urbanization leads to the style and features of numerous villages appearing to the same way, which demands desperate attention and further recognition of obvious regional characteristics as well as clear culture identity. In China, the style and features of villages, as the carrier of special industr ial context, plays critical role by influencing the layout of land construction and the features of natural ecological landscape.This paper studies on the industrial style and features of villages in cold area of China, combining the characteristics of villages’ natural environment with social economy. Based on the analysis of different industrial resources distribution, the study selects typical villages of different industries as field research objects and analyzes their explict and implicit factors, in order to sum up the formation mechanism and the diversity. Beyond that, the research establishes the evaluation system of villages’ style and features in cold area, and according to the data from field research, current problems as well as reasons are filtered, which reveals the industrial influences on villages’ style and features essentially in the context of Chinese overall urban-rural development.The research is based of the field research guided by problems. Aimming at the presedent issues, it brings out planning strategies in three aspects. The first strategy focuses on the planning content, in which adding the qualitative and quantitative analysis of the correlation between industrial structure and corresponding style. At the same part, zoning plan for style and features, industrial plan and the conduction of pedestrian space system in villages are also discussed in details. In the second aspect about planning technical method, the paper introduces the detail process of the methods based on visual analysis and PPGIS(Public Participation Geographic Information System).The last aspect of the strategies takes NGO(Non-Governmental Organizations) as example to mention relevant managerial regulations to improve the planning results.The paper references outstanding planning projects in and out of China for the sake of discussing the possibility of the improvements of villages’ style and features in cold area, so as to create better quality industrial space in villages and to elevate the living conditions and production environment, leading to more efficient adjustments for regional industrial structure.
