Research On Style And Features Synergistic Planning Of New Area Of High-speed Railway In The Suburbs Of Cities

In recent years,with the rapid development of China’s high-speed railway construction,more and more cities rely on site planning to build new high-speed railway district.While the new zones are rapidly forming their scale,problems such as the convergence of styles and features also follow,and become a major factor hindering the further development of new zones.Based on this,this paper takes the new suburban high-speed railway area as the research object,and intends to explore the technological route of shaping the style and features of this area under the guidance of the basic theory of Synergetics,so that the style and features of this area can show the development of urban society and the characteristics of urban regional culture and natural environment,so as to provide useful reference for shaping the style and features of the same type of areas.Firstly,the research background,research significance,domestic and foreign research situation and research methods are systematically sorted out.The city style and features,new high-speed railway areas and Synergetics theory are also elaborated in detail.It is believed that the new suburban high-speed railway area is closely related to the main urban area.Without reasonable style and features planning,it will not only lead to the dilemma of convergence of style,but also affect the stability of the overall style system of the city.At the same time,the basic reason for the convergence of urban style and features is that the sequence parameters(leading external environmental impact factors)of the evolution of the dominant style and features system are tending to be the same,and the planning idea of guiding the evolution of different sequence parameters leading style and features system to shape characteristics is preliminarily determined.Secondly,under the guidance of the basic theory of Synergetics,the evolution law of urban style and features system is studied,and the evolution model of urban style and features system is constructed.It is believed that regional culture,social development and natural environment are the three order parameters that dominate the evolution of urban style and features system in China.When these three order parameters coexist,there are three evolution tendencies of urban style and features system: continuous competition disorder,parallel development orderly state and coordinated development orderly state.The third evolution tendencies is the goal of this research.Then,through the analysis of two cases of Xi’an Administrative Center style and features Area and Qingdao Hongdao Station style and features Area,the above conclusions are verified,and the key points of the synergistic planning of the new area are preliminarily obtained.Then,combined with the previous research results,try to build a new suburban high-speed rail area style and features synergistic planning technical route.Specifically,it includes six aspects: the goal,principle,basic research content,style and features orientation,style and features system construction and factor control and guidance.Among them,style and features orientation and style and features system construction belong to the organizational means of setting control parameters,which can guide the generation of specific order parameters;factor control guidance belongs to the organizational means of maintaining external environment stability,which can ensure that order parameters continue to play an influential role.Finally,taking the core area of Weifang High-speed Railway New Area as an example,systematic display of the design process of style and features synergistic planning for the new high-speed rail area in the suburbs of the cities.In order to verify the applicability of this paper,at the same time,it provides a useful reference for the shaping of the same type of area.
