Civil Aviation Administration of China have proposed many measures to promote energy conservation and emissions reduction of the civil aviation industry.The aircraft ground air conditioning supply aircraft necessary air during the ground process,which running effect is obvious on energy conservation and emissions reduction over the year.However,with the requirement of passengers and crew on the comfort increasing, the using effect of aircraft ground air conditioning is not desirable because of air conditioning low control accuracy,which leads to passengers’ frequent complaints and the rising of contradiction between airlines and airports.Basing on the above problems,this topic uses computational fluid dynamics method to solve the optimum range of temperature and humidity for improving the usage rates of aircraft ground air conditioning and achieving the win-win situation of airports and airlines.Air temperatures in the aircraft cabin increases because of the radiation from the sun and hot air convection heat during the ground process.The cabin temperature and humidity is directly related to the comfort of thermal environment,which is crucial in providing the passengers and crew with a healthy,comfortable environment.This is my article research content.Referring to active main single-aisle civil aircraft,the cabin environment model of 5 row of seats and the human body was established.Geometric model is meshed by the unstructured grid.Mesh encryption method is applied to inlet,outlet,human body model and the near vicinity of the wall.The software FLUENT was used to calculate the temperature field and flow field with different air supply temperature during the ground process on a hot day.Air stewardess was also added into the full-occupied cabin.It is respectively collected the temperature and wind speed value at passengers and air stewardess’ s head,waist and ankle to calculate the cabin’s.According to the predicted mean vote and predicted percentage of dissatisfied, the collected data is calculated to obtain the appropriate supply temperature range by the MATLAB program.Moreover,the different combination of temperature and humidity are calculated to gain appropriate relative humidity range around the body.At the same time, we continue to analyze influence scope and discuss the local thermal comfort of crew and passengers.The research provides a reference for aircraft ground air conditioning operator, and theoretical basis for controlling aircraft ground air conditioning control and setting domestic quality standards of aircraft cabin environment.
