| Based on people’s growing needs for a better life, the comfort and health requirements of residents are also constantly improving, and indoor air humidity is one of the important factors affecting human comfort and health.Residents in China’s humid and hot areas have been in a high humid environment for a long time, and a large number of indoor molds have gathered and the humid air has invaded the human body, which has seriously affected the thermal and humidity comfort and brought potential harm to human health. At present, most of the research at home and abroad is based on temperature or steady-state humidity, and there are relatively few studies on dynamic humidity and the human body’s adaptation to humidity. In fact, regardless of whether the air conditioning device is turned on or not,the room often can not maintain a constant humidity all the time, over time, the humidity may appear various changes in the trend,or people in different humidity rooms in and out,the impact of these changes on human comfort and health is not the same as the steady-state environment. Therefore,it is necessary to correctly understand the mechanism of the influence of air humidity on human comfort and health, based on the special climatic background and residents’ living customs in humid and hot areas, and take targeted measures to improve the indoor hot and humid environment of residents in hot and humid areas, prevent and alleviate dampness diseases, and improve the satisfaction and health level of residents in humid and hot areas with the indoor environment. In this paper, the thermal comfort experiment combining relative humidity gradient and steady state is carried out under different temperature conditions in the artificial environment, and the subjective thermal and humidity environment evaluation and objective thermophysiological reaction of the subjects in each experimental stage are analyzed and compared, and the influence of dynamic humidity on human thermal comfort and health and the gradual relative humidity comfort range are obtained. The questionnaire survey of the residents’ living environment and the statistics and analysis of the questionnaire results in the humid and hot areas were carried out to obtain the adaptability of the residents to the humid environment, and summarize the risk factors of dampness diseases and healthy lifestyles. In the dynamic humid environment, different humidity gradients at 30℃ have a significant impact on the subject’s thermal and humid sensation, and at 22℃,they only have a great influence on the subject’s thermal sensation. When the humidity rises to 80% at 30℃ and the humidity drops to 20% at 22℃,the skin temperature changes greatly. The dynamic humid environment skin temperature will affect the thermal sensation, while the high humidity environment has a greater impact on the thermal sensation, thermal and humidity comfort, and the dynamic low humidity environment under the hot condition is conducive to improving the personnel’s humidity comfort evaluation. The human body has better thermal adaptability to the steady-state environment of humidity in partial heat and better humidity adaptation to steady-state low-humidity environment. The recommended humid comfort relative humidity in hot and humid areas should be below 64.4%.The survey found that 67.4% of the residents did not improve their behavior towards the humid environment, and the incidence of dampness diseases was mainly concentrated in March to May and December, indicating that too dry or humid environments would affect human health.Indoor mold in humid and hot areas is a high risk factor for dampness diseases, and frequent ventilation and better indoor air quality significantly reduce the incidence of diseases. When the air humidity fluctuates greatly, people can accurately perceive the humid environment,so it is necessary to strengthen the human body’s humid sensation in other situations. In addition, there are significant differences in the prevalence of dampness diseases between different types of constitutions. |
