| Aero-engine monitoring technology is the basis for the normal operating of aircraft and engine, it is very important for the air carrier to ensure the normal operation, currently the foreign mainstream engine manufacturers have developed their own monitoring software system for the engine, the aircraft and engine can be monitored and fault diagnosed by the system accurately and reliably.The current development of aero-engine monitoring technology has been studied in the paper, the difference between domestic and foreign technology has been compared, the striving direction and key breakthrough for the monitoring technology of our country has been cleared. The aircraft condition monitoring systems, data transmission systems and ground monitoring system has been focused on, QAR data and ACARS message data has been studied and the data homology has been verified in this paper, it has lay the theory foundation for message parsing work later in this article. A message parsing technology based QAR data has been proposed, the engine steady-state message data which meet the trigger conditions can be extracted from QAR in accordance with a specific extraction logic and algorithms, compare it with the manufacturer original message data to verify its accuracy, with this method the ways to obtain message can be effectively broaden, the difficulty to obtain ACARS message and expensive problems has been solved, for the airline it can provide a contingency plan when messages was unable to get, for the universities and research institutions it can provide analog ACARS message for the teaching and research work. The baseline mining of aero-engine state parameters has been studied, the existing theory and methods of the baseline mining has been summarized and the standardized model has been improved, the baseline has been mined and fitted with a variety of methods, and the extracted baseline has been contrasted and has a good results. The aero-engine condition monitoring system has been established which will resolve the message parsing, the baseline monitoring techniques, the system has achieved the QAR data import, message auto extraction, maximum monitoring, baseline monitoring, data storage and other functional modules. The near-real-time monitoring and post-flight analysis of the operational status of aircraft engines has realized basically, it is conducive to timely detect and handle the abnormal situation. |
