The Research Of Urban Wetlands Park Ecological Environment Art Design

Wetlands ecosystem, especially the urban wetlands ecosystem, has positive impacts on natural environment as well as our urban living standard. Urban wetland ecosystem can effectively enhance the urban environment, preventing flood as well as aridity. Moreover, it helps adjust micro climate while providing abundant ecological service. Nonetheless, the extremely rapid development of our nation results in the destruction to urban wetlands. Meanwhile, immature conservation stewardship of wetlands and planning design methods are unable to protect the wetlands or utilize them.Combining urban wetlands and parks have been regarded as one effective method on preserving and exploiting urban wetlands. Concerning the design task of urban wetlands park, there is a balanced requirement on both regulating the ecosystem itself and stimulating public activity. Thus, there should be a higher and more perplex design requirement. This article aims at concluding a series of basic design principles on urban wetlands park ecological environmental art design, while conclude the fundamental rules of environmental design as well as the design theory form the ecological angle.This article starts from the historical background and theoretical development. The first chapter introduced the background and meaning of urban wetlands park design, touching upon its necessity and urgency. The second chapter defined the urban wetlands park and related concepts followed with ecological related theories. The third chapter then surveyed the development of this field from a broaden angel ranging from domestic studies and foreign studies. Then three case studies contributed to some experience on this design topic. Finally, through a practical project, the article reached a conclusion of a series of basic principles of urban wetlands park ecological environmental art design.
