With the development of economy and the adjustment of energy structure, the demand of heating, cooling, power, and the advance of some key technologies, the application of Combined Cooling Heating and Power system has gradually attracted people's attention. While existing CCHP system in China has been in poor economic performance, it is not only related to the specific energy price, electric power policy and other management system, but also reflects the existing problem in the CHP load forecasting analysis and system configuration. This paper will do the research in optimal operation and economic performance of the CHP system with the storage device.In this paper, the structure and classification of the CCHP supply system and variable frequency variable water system, and the work flow and optimization model of the CCHP system with ice storage device are analyzed in this paper. Taking a large commercial office building in Beijing area as an example, the use of economic indicators to compare and analyze the CCHP system with or without the cold storage device and the conventional production system. The initial investment of the CCHP system with the cold storage device is relatively high, but it can combine the effective utilization of the power generation waste heat and the peak and valley electric price, which really realize transferring cooling energy and peak load shifting. Besides, by comparing and analyzing the system of variable frequency water consumption and the conventional production system, it is concluded that the energy-saving and economic benefit of variable frequency variable water consumption system is very obvious.With the office building in Beijing as the study object, this paper evaluates the CCHP system with or without the storage device and the conventional system by the economic indicators, by the comparative analysis, this paper comes to the conclusion that the CCHP system with the storage device has the best economic performance.
