The compressor is one kind of machinery which is used to improve the gas pressure, also has been widely used in various industries. As a reciprocating machinery, however, the piston compressor has evident shortcomings in vibration and noise, how to reduce the vibration and noise of this machine is an important problem which must be studied and solved.With the continous development of science and technology of computer, the 3-d design and finite element technology has been widely used in the field of engineering, it makes optimal design of compressor entered a refreshing time.In this paper, we studied the PY40V2 type compressor with low flow and widely range of fluid, and highly vibration and noise index requirements. In this article the writer analyzes the balance of the crank mechanism, power calculation, the modal simulation analysis of the body and test, frequency response analysis of the body and vibration test, and puts forward the improved design scheme of reducing machine vibration.First of all, in this paper, starting from the design of the compressor drive system, balance of crank connecting rod mechanism made a more detailed analysis and calculation, puts forward the design size of balance weight; Then, within the compressor cylinder on a brief analysis of the thermal gas, as input to the compressor dynamic analysis and calculation of the machine, provide the basis for compressor flywheel design; Second, the PRO-E software simulation analysis model of the compressor; And then using Patran/Nastran were the major parts of the compressor for modal simulation analysis, and through the comparison and analysis with the modal test data, the accuracy of the finite element simulation model was verified. Finally, using the method of frequency response analysis, the simulation analysis of the structural response of the machine, and compares the simulation results and test data analysis.Through this work, the author put forward to reduce this type of compressor vibration level structure improved design scheme of further optimization design of the machine has played a guiding role, through the computer simulation for the enterprise to reduce the design cost, improve the design level.
