Air compressor is widely used in every sector of the national economy as a kind of general machinery equipment. Oil-free air compressor can stable running without lubricating oil, produced pure oil-free compressed air, perfectly suitable for industries such as food, medicine, military industry and so on, become an ideal upgrade replacement of import compressor and traditional oil compressor. This article selects the typical air compressor type of WWD0.8/10 to do kinematics and dynamics simulation of the motion mechanism, in order to provide data reference for optimization design to do static and modal analysis of main component.First of all, we has carried the dynamic characteristic analysis on the motion mechanism for this type of air compressor, clearly understand about the stress of components of relationships between institutions, preliminary determined the parameters for simulation. With 3 d modeling software Pro/E,modeling the parts of the motion mechanism, then used institutional analysis function installed all parts with joint manner. Carries on the kinematics and dynamics simulation, in order to reveals the virtual movement of air compressor only under the action of servo motor. Through the movement simulation, measured the air compressor of kinematic parameters such as position, velocity, acceleration and kinetic parameters such as force, the analysis of the measuring provided necessary data for air compressor. Then carried static analysis on key components of air compressor movement mechanism to determine its deformation, and use the modal analysis by ANSYS Workbench, calculated the natural frequencies and corresponding vibration mode, describe the vibration shape. The getting necessary data of natural frequency and main modes provided for air compressor dynamic analysis, those has great significance in practical engineering.
