With the development of economy and technology, the construction of high grade highway in China is booming. The current high grade highway adopts heat-paving asphalt pavement whose energy consumption is large, and improper construction parameters will lead to a series of problems, such as inadequate energy utilization, serious environmental pollution. Therefore, to carry out energy-saving construction technology research is important to the reducing of energy consumption of highway construction. In this paper, based on the actual situation of energy consumption of high grade pavement construction in our country, the energy saving construction technology and evaluation method of heat-paving asphalt pavement are studied.The "step dynamic" heating model of asphalt tank is established by studying the dynamic heating process of the asphalt tank, and the energy consumption of asphalt is reduced; the influence of power cycle of double electric motor on the energy consumption of hybrid material was studied and the method of reducing power consumption was studied.According to the operating performance and the theory of resonance theory, the main working parameters of the paving and compaction equipment are studied. The influence of the vibration frequency and the spreading speed on the initial compaction degree is studied, obtaining the range of reasonable vibration frequency and spreading speed and making the following compaction process, which improves the working efficiency and reduces the discharge temperature of the mixture.By analyzing the working principle of infrared imaging instrument and electric power meter, the energy consumption detection system is established, and the energy consumption model and the total energy consumption model are established. The energy saving evaluation method of the hot asphalt pavement construction is obtained.This study combines theory and practice, and the research results from the construction of a high-speed road in the salty is verified, which effectively reduces the construction energy consumption and achieves a good effect of energy-saving emission reduction...
