| In recent years, the vigorous development of basic transportation facilities in Guizhou province made outstanding contribution of the rapid growth of the economy. It also will bring energy consumption and emissions for highway's maintenance of Guizhou province. In the existing construction technology of highway's maintenance, asphalt mixing plant is the main equipment of energy consumption and emissions. According to the problems of huge energy consumption and emissions of the coal type forced intermittent asphalt mixing plant which is the most widely used, in this paper we mainly done a statistical contrast experiment investigation for a new kind of coal-gas type forced intermittent asphalt mixing plant, and established linear regression model of coal consumption and emissions relevantly.In this paper, we took a thorough investigation for 30t coal type forced intermittent asphalt mixing plant in Guizhou province. Meanwhile we investigated the same model number coal type equipment in that field which contains the coal-gas equipment. And extract a certain amount of sample which contain coal consumption, dust emission concentration, smoke blackening, aggregate moisture content, equipment operation norm coefficient, discharging temperature, environmental temperature, aggregate gradation parameters and equipment used fixed number of years, etc indexes. Using the statistical theory, the linear regression model is applied to the energy saving and emission reduction statistically of asphalt mixing plant. Meanwhile we constructed energy consumption, dust emission concentration and smoke blackening regression model of the coal type and the coal-gas type asphalt mixer, respectively. Through the test investigation comparison and analysis of energy consumption and emissions, the result is the coal-gas type equipment reduce more than 70% dust emission concentration than the coal type one, can save about 14% energy consumption, have great economic advantage in energy consumption and emissions. Through the energy saving and emission reduction statistical linear regression model, offered the theoretical guidance and optimization suggest for reducing energy consumption and emissions of asphalt mixing plant in production practice. Theoretical and actual proof means that popularizing new technology of energy saving and emission reduction, which make use of the coal-gas type asphalt mixing plant, have significant effects on the energy saving and emission reduction, especially, the outstanding advantage in reducing emissions. |
