Strain,deformation and vibration monitoring and control is the research basis and very vital part of aeronautics and astronautics.Accurate strain deformation monitoring of structure is the premise of subsequent parameters measurement of the aerospace structure.So in thispaper,we have analysised vibration and reconstructed the deformation of composite materialplate and wing structure, mainly includes the following several aspects:First of all, Based on the strain transfer theory, this paper proposed a modified integration method of fiber Bragg grating sensor and composite materials.We have verified the integration method of modified fiber grating has good strain monitoring effect throw theory and experiment, and proved the integration method we have discussed has engineering practical significance.Secondly,We discussed deformation reconstruction method by the way of the conversion between strain information and curvature information based on the distributed optical fi-ber grating sensing network. On the basis of the simulation,we have do the uniformly dist-ributed load experiment on unilateral epoxy plate fixation,we refactored the deformation di-splacement by using fiber Bragg grating sensor monitoring dataAgain,we have designed four loading points on the wing structure model to simulatedbending and torsion respectively.we also have refactored deformation under different loading conditions using the curvature information monitored in the way of wavelength information detected by Fiber Bragg Grating(FBG) sensors.we reconstructed the deformation of wing structure surface by the curvature information of the orthogonal direction and shows the surface reconstruction process. Finally, this chapter has carried on the finite element modal analysis of wing structure.In the next,we find out the modal parameters of the point using the frequency response function between the Fiber Bragg Grating sensor wavelength information and vibration force.
