Strain,deformation and temperature are the important physical properties of the mechanical structure during the service status. The research works on the information of the strain, deformation and temperature in a real-time acquisition and feature extraction.,which is measured on the mechanical structure by the fiber Bragg grating sensor,and based on the research on 3D visualization of computer graphics, the relevant physical parameters collected into 3D graphics and animation visual dynamic display. In addition, the paper also studies the sensitizing package and the thermal expansion coefficient measurement principle based on fiber grating. The main work includes the following aspects:Firstly,study on 3D visualization technology based on Qt and OpenGL, using object-oriented programming ideas, Taking the beam and thin plate structures as an example,the method and technique of the strain field variation and visualization under different loads.Secondly,a 3D CATIA model based on the structure of aluminum alloy pressure vessel is established. The 3D model data is transformed and the code is transplanted. Distributed fiber Bragg grating sensing system is constructed to monitor the strain field in the key area of pressure vessel. The data acquisition and communication program is compiled to realize the dynamic visualization of the surface strain field of the pressure vessel.Thirdly,a three dimensional model of the wing structure with high aspect ratio is established. The information of wing plane strain is converted to curvature information by the distributed fiber Bragg grating sensor network and reconstruct the curve and surface of the shape characteristic of wing surface. OpenGL technology is used to visualize the reconstructed surface information, which can realize the real-time display of the deformation state of the wing model.Finally, According to the material characteristics of thermal expansion and contraction,a Lshaped structure device is designed to enhance the temperature sensitivity of fiber Bragg grating sensor.on this basis,making a inverted T-shaped structure device,which can measure thermal expansion coefficient of the structure by fiber Bragg grating sensor.
