With the rapid development of space technology, space activities not only to complete the mission, but also to extend the life of the spacecraft in orbit as far as possible. Some space activities such as the development of deep space exploration are limited by fuel. Therefore, on-orbit refueling technology has been more and more attention by the aerospace power. In addition, on-orbit refueling technology is increasingly mature. The assumption of space fuel station has also been proposed. Study on on-orbit refueling mission scheduling based on space fuel station has great research significance.In this paper, a number of GEO spacecrafts are the targets of on-orbit refueling mission. Study on the task scheduling and optimization of on-orbit refueling mission based on space fuel station. Firstly,the problem of multi circle Lambert orbital transfer problem is solved by using the Battin method. The relation between the velocity increment and the transition time and optimize the relation between the two by adding the terminal sliding is obtained, which is convenient to convert the time allocation scheme into an integer programming problem. Then, the task model of on-orbit refueling mission based on space fuel station is studied. Taking the GEO spacecraft as an example, the variables and constraints in the on-orbit refueling mission is combed. Taking approximate optimal service order and approximate optimal time allocation scheme in this order as optimization objective, the scheduling model of GEO spacecraft on-orbit refueling mission is constructed. Next, based on the genetic algorithm, the scheduling algorithm of the GEO spacecraft on-orbit refueling mission is studied.Finally, the scheduling algorithm is simulated on the Matlab. The simulation results show that the proposed scheme is feasible.Programming interface program, an interface prototype tool for scheduling of on-orbit refueling for GEO spacecrafts is formed, whose parameters can be set.
