Microgrid can achieve efficient and flexible application of distributed generation technology in the medium and low level, and solve the distributed power supply is connected to the network main problems, and microgrid technique is an important way to realize the renewable energy of high penetration rate to contacted grid. This thesis focuses on the effects of forecast error of renewable energy on the microgrid energy optimization processes, and presents a probability density model described renewable energy generation capacity in the microgrid,the energy management model can be closer to the real running of the microgrid.The energy management is the important premise of microgrid stable and economic operation, however, the research on the energy management of microgrid has not considered the effect of the forecast accuracy. Therefore, this paper firstly analyzes the distributed power generation characteristics, microgrid control strategy and energy management structure, the dynamic model of various typical distributed power supply and the economic optimization model of microgrid are established; presents a probability density model described wind power, photovoltaic and other renewable energy generation capacity in the microgrid, namely, the probability density function of each renewable energy and the confidence interval of satisfying a certain confidence level; based on the confidence interval, the spinning reserve plan of microgrid is formulated, and the optimization model of the objective function for the economic operation of microgrid. This scheme can guarantee the security and stability of microgrid operation when the forecast error is large.The analysis suggests that the forecasting of the renewable energy interval is introduced into the economic optimization model of the microgrid, can make the scheduling scheme close to the real operating curve of microgrid, and effectively guarantee the stability of the microgrid operation, the coordination of economic goals.
