Building structure reinforced engineering has the advantages of small investment, yield quick returns, and has little influence on production or life of people. Meanwhile, building structure also has significant benefits for economic and society. It has practical significance for our country, and this significance is also extremely important. It can relieve the contradictions of urban land in an increasingly tense and promote the sustainable development of society. In addition, it has played a huge role in promoting on our country’s modernization construction. Especially the studying of reinforcing theory and technology has been a hot researching topic on the yield of structural reinforced engineering.Bonding steel reinforced method is more widely used in the field of reinforced concrete structure and it acquired some achievements in recent years. However, there is little studying of reinforcing concrete column about anti-seismic property, especially for the damage of reinforcing concrete structure in the practical engineering. Therefore, this article bases on the finite element software ABAQUS, according to the loading characteristics of glued steel reinforced concrete column, and uses separate model to establish suitable finite element model of concrete column. The 18 pillar of reinforced concrete are produced a varying degrees of damage under the action of repeated horizontal loading in the form of displacement loading. They are reinforced by glued steel, and remaining the axial load unchanged to apply horizontal load again in the same way. Based on the simulation results, the seismic performance and influence factors of damaging reinforced concrete column strengthened by stick steel are comparative analyzed under horizontal repeated loading applied. Simulation results show are as follows:(1) Compared with the unreinforced member, the hysteretic curve of the concrete columns which are reinforced by Stick steel shows spindle. Meanwhile, the area of single hysteretic ring is more large, which shows that reinforcement is good for enhancing bearing capacity, deformability and energy-dissipating capacity. At the same time it also reduced the stiffness degradation.(2) In order to close to the actual situation, based on the model artifacts with structural adhesive, simulation found its maximum bearing capacity increased 2.3 times after reinforcement.(3) Some finite element models were used to analyze the influence on the seismic behavior of RC column, considering the damage degree, the axial compression ratio, thickness of steel plate, steel plate type, thickness of steel plate height and structural adhesive. The greatest influence of seismic behavior for the column is height of steel plate. When the height of steel plate is 800, the bearing capacity of reinforcing column is increased by 0.7 times. However, the least influence of seismic behavior for the column is the type of steel plate. When the type of steel plate is Q345, the bearing capacity of reinforcing column is just increased by 0.03 times. The paper is based on the reinforced concrete structure design code and the practical theory of engineering. The simulation results meet the requirements of relevant requirement. The paper can provide certain reference for the glued steel reinforced concrete column of experimental research and practical engineering, so this paper studies has important practical value.
