The main contents of this paper include as follows:(1) The new woven bag automatic plug sewing machine system function and composition are described, focusing on the working principle of the wrapping bag molding machine braided discussed, and on the basis of the working principle, put forward the feasibility of structural design scheme, based on using Solidworks 3D software to establish corresponding 3D model and verify the rationality.(2) By weaving bag in the process of forming wrapping to woven bags by mechanics analysis and of woven bag in the process of forming wrapping constraints to explore: is conveying mechanism of woven bags of the traction force and the edge forming device of woven bag resistance analysis; the second is the analysis of edge forming device structure design parameters; the third is establishing mathematical model of the edge folding device forming surface.(3) By using the finite element software of Ansys for woven bag forming wrapping machine bearing beam static analysis to obtain theoretical calculation results of bending deformation and stress distribution diagram, on the overall structural reliability design provides the technology support and guarantee.In this paper, the use of Solidworks to establish the corresponding model, and through the finite element Ansys Workbench of woven bag forming wrapping machine bearing beam for static characteristics analysis, the reliability of the whole structure play a solid foundation. The edge wrapping surface uses mathematical method to establish the mathematical model, for making the curved surface parts provides support, so as to dispense the predicament of rely on the experience of production.
