Starting from the tectonic point of view, this paper mainly studies the woven construction features and logical order of this special form. Using the Tectonic Four Elements Perspective of Semper as the theoretical basis of this thesis, it reviews the development process of modern tectonic theory, expounds the important significance of woven in the process of architectural development, which is not only the form, but also a cultural carrier, points out that woven is a form of constant evolution with the development of human society.By analogical analysis methods, this paper illustrates the woven material characteristics, composition characteristics and artistic characteristics out of the architectural field and uses them as the basis of the discussion of its generation in architecture. In a large number of concrete examples, mainly from the perspective of the tectonic construction, it expounds the formation and characteristics of woven forms, from the analysis of materials to the classification of nodes, and also specific to each type of building:from the epidermis to the construction enclosing and partition, and then to the structure, details the generation of woven forms in architecture and its unique features and artistic expression.Through the contrast analysis and detailed explanations, this paper aims to sum up the significance of woven forms in modern buildings, both simple natural materials or modern steel materials, how to use computer aided design to create buildings with woven forms, and where the logic and order of this formation is.
