With energy prices upswing and environmental pollution problems have become increasingly prominent, LNG as a clean and efficient fuel is getting increasingly favored by the market, and ships every year need to consume a large amount of fuel oil, LNG as fuel ship with dual fuel engine is becoming more and more important by the shipping company, has become the subject of major research and development, the gas supply system will also usher in rapid development stage.This paper takes Shanghai hudong heavy machinery co., LTD. Test bed with LNG supply system project as the background, design a set of for ME-GI Marine engine fuel gas of high pressure gas supply system. For stored in low temperature LNG storage tanks, by conveying pump for LNG high-pressure pump, high pressure pump according to the host load the LNG pressurized to the corresponding pressure after heating gasification in the working process of the host, the dual fuel engine LNG supply system equipment integrated optimization process. Based on functional requirements, the gas supply system module partition, the paper studies the various modules of the gas supply system the function, characteristics, implementation method and the needed equipment, the host gas supply mission requirements for various subsystems to work together, to complete the integrated optimization of complex gas supply system. Combining the basic principle of each module design, the required heat transfer calculation, air supply system for gasification boiler capacity calculation, LNG storage tank volume calculation, ventilation system capacity calculation and the design of the pipeline, and air supply system design.In order to control Marine outlet temperature of the dual fuel engine LNG gasification process, and control of the dual fuel engine combustion performance and combustion efficiency, based on Aspen plus LNG gasification device simulation model is established. To ME- GI engine's actual data as input, by calling the related thermodynamic method and the device module, main equipment parameters calculated from gasification process, compared with actual results, verify the feasibility of the model. For VAP(Vaporizer) of GW(Glycol Water) inlet temperature and outlet temperature of the GW, VAP in LNG import operation parameters such as pressure, concentration of methane in LNG simulating calculation, it is concluded that the parameters of outlet temperature of the LNG gasification process, heat transfer area and heat transfer of VAP, accordingly strengthen temperature control, and provide basis for the choice of energy saving of the VAP, for various Marine dual fuel engine LNG gasification process provide important theoretical basis of optimization design..Finally, combining the actual monitoring requirements of LNG gas supply system, gives a concrete design scheme of the monitoring system, and hardware and software of the monitoring system for the selection and configuration, for ME- GI engine's gas supply system design provides the basis.
