The safety of the nuclear diesel generator set's auxiliary system pipeline relates directly to the safety of the nuclear power station, and the auxiliary system pipeline will produce complex pipe stress under the complex pipe load, so it's important to do some research on the stress analysis of the pipeline of the nuclear diesel generator sets' auxiliary system.In this paper thesis, the software CAESARII is used to do the static and dynamic analysis of the auxiliary system pipe, studying the complex pipeline stress of the auxiliary system pipe under the complex load, and main contents of the paper are as follows:1?The software CAESARII is used to do the static analysis of the auxiliary system pipe to study the stress distribution of the pipe system, providing the evidence for the design improvement of the auxiliary system pipe. According to the results of the static analysis API 610 analysis module is used to check the force of the pump nozzles to ensure the safety of the. Pump.2?The software CAESARII is used to do the modal analysis, the harmonic analysis and the earthquake-resistance analysis of the auxiliary system pipe. Through the modal analysis of the pipeline, the natural frequency of the pipe is calculated, and through studying the mode of the vibration to improve the natural frequency of the pipe and limit the pipeline vibration. Through the harmonic analysis, learning the stress distribution of the pipe under the dynamic load, makes some design improvement for the auxiliary system pipe. Do the analysis of the earthquake-resistance of the pipe with the equivalent static method and response spectrum method, studying the stress distribution of the pipe under the earthquake load, and analysis and contrast the difference of the results.3?Lastly, do some research and study on the design of the nuclear pipe support and the new type compensator. Through the mechanical model, working out the calculation formula of the pipe allowed span, and use finite element method to verify the theoretical calculating value, getting the design principles of the pipe support through the research of the results. Through designing a new compensator, to improve the pipe flexibility. Using comparative analysis method,study the design principles of the new compensator by finite element method.
