The electrical safety accidents often result in higher casualties and greater economic losses. Meanwhile, the constant update for the laws, regulations and standards in electrical safety-related, and the requirements of occupational health and safety management system, make companies more and more focus on electrical safety. Therefore, as a part of the safety management of mechanical processing enterprises, it is very important to evaluate the electrical safety.To change the empirically management and reprocessing after the accident in passive management model of the traditional safety management, it makes the companies to change the safety management from the afterwards treatment to the prediction and prevention in advance through the safety evaluation, and identifies the risk of system in advance. So, by analyzing the production and operation status, identifying the risk in the system for electrical safety-related parts,it is to comprehensively evaluate and promote the enterprise to meet safety requirements.From the perspective of safety management personnel and the Capital Aerospace Machinery Company as the study object,discussing the process of electrical safety evaluation, identifying and analyzing the hazardous and harmful factors of electrical safety in this machinery company, combining with the domestic safety production standardization and domestic laws and regulations in electrical safety, the seven electrical evaluation units that are protection against electric shock, electrical wiring safety, electrical equipment safety, prevention of electric fire and explosion, prevention of lightning disasters, prevention of electrostatic hazards, and prevention of electromagnetic radiation are evaluated by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation in learning from electrical safety technology and safety assessment theory and methods from home and abroad. Finally, according to the examination and assessment of the company’s safety production standardization by experts, the distribution system, temporary low voltage electrical lines, and power distribution box, will be taken on risk identification and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of electrical safety, and the suggestions for promoting the level of the electrical safety assessment will be put forward.
