Analysis And Design Of Electrical Safety Incident Management Information System

Along with the reform of China’s electric power system, the scale of the power industry development, is becoming more and more frequent and complex, social requirements for electrical safety continues to improve, and the traditional method in safety supervision is inefficient, only rely on the technical staff to solve the security problem is not long plan, safety supervision and the need for system of electric power safety monitoring system, building a reasonable, play system safety supervision efficiency, the only way to protect the safety of electricity from the root, development of the power industry achieved security and stability. Therefore, research on how to improve our power supervision system, has the very strong practical significance.This thesis introduces the electric power safety accident management information systems research background, significance and research status, clear the system design objectives, expounds the development method of the system and the related technology; on the demand analysis, the business requirements, the system function demand, data demand and system environment are analyzed., gives the system flow chart and use case, the requirement specification; in the design of the system, the overall structure of the system and each function module has been designed, including the electric power safety accident management information systems platform function module, the function structure diagram, class diagram, sequence diagram of module design and process flow chart, detailed the content of design, the database design of the E-R diagram and table structure are presented; finally the electric power safety accident management information system the author has done research work is summarized and prospected.This results achieved for the power safety supervision departments to provide safety supervision and management system, so that the power safety supervision departments and branches to achieve information management, intelligent use of information technology for data collection, data processing, data management, timely, comprehensive and accurate grasp, obtain the latest, most complete and reliable information in order to meet the needs of the work safety supervision departments to strengthen supervision of electrical safety and effectiveness, as well as the application of the system to continuously improve safety management level of power.
