The safety, detonated reliability and timeliness of the ammunition are mainly determined by merits of the detonation control system in a conventional warhead payload design. The detonating and control requirements of existing warhead types can be met due to years of experience accumulation of conventional warhead detonation control system. However, modern war for weapons systems of the request for the parties is becoming higher and higher, and continuously improve weapons safety and reliability of the system is an eternal topic. Additionally, the accuracy of the high-demand is also the detonation control features of the specification by the further requirements. In order to meet the demand of the development, from the engineering point of view, this paper analyzes designs and verifies the new type of all electronic security system.This article first unifies with the blasting fuse technology the safety controls theory and the conventional warhead fires in the system the safety controls realization method, comprehensive, analyzed the entire electron to fire in safely thoroughly the system the secure state controls realization method. The secure state controls to design to realize two parts of contents including the procedure control and the electric circuit. When procedure control, according to environmental information to system design the security and the reliable influence, has given the general theory and the method which how the environmental information does use, the application “the threshold value + order + time window” the judgment method carries on the secure state control; In the hardware electric circuit realization, for guarantees the safety control the validity, uses the double logical unit to actuate the condition switch control system insurance and the arming condition transformation together.The concept of insurance and insurance in the whole electronic safety detonation system is totally different from the traditional system of the detonation control. In the traditional system, the safety control of ammunition is realized through the transmission of the dislocation of the transmission sequence. And the full electronic safety detonation system uses the extremely insensitive characteristics of the impact plate caps, and the safety control of ammunition is achieved by the partition of the electric energy.
