The Computer Numerical Contro technology is the core technology in the equipment manufacturing industry,numerical control processing is widely used in aerospace, mould manufacturing, automobile manufacturing and other fields.this paper is key technology research for aerospace parts manufacturing machine efficiency.according to the characteristics of aviation parts on CNC machining: more for aluminum alloy parts, large amount of cutting and processing time is long, most of them is Siemens, fanuc system, this equipment are old and low efficiency, so this paper put forward the synergistic solution:Including using home-made HNC-8 CNC system for upgrading existing nc system,then develop software for process parameters optimization, optimize the process parameters of aviation parts processing to achieve the purpose of improving the efficiency of production and processing. The main research content is as follows:First,this paper introduces the solution using HNC-8 system to upgrade original system,characteristic of HNC-8 system and secondary development tools and platforms;analysis The main cutting process parameters and constraints,put forward a new method for the optimization of process parameters based on the analysis of the relationship with the feed speed and spindle current,provide theoretical basis for the development of command domain oscilloscope process parameters optimization software.Secondly,introduce the structure and development processes of oscilloscope process parameters optimization software,include implementation of main functions. on the basis of HNC-8 system,using provided software interface, development framework and development tool to finish the development of command domain oscilloscope process parameters optimization software based on the analysis of the relationship with the feed speed and spindle.Finally,do experiments in Beijing,a aviation enterprise factory.Install the command domain oscilloscope process parameters optimization software on the modified XH718 vertical machining center.machining aluminum alloy box body and wall board parts,and obtained the expected effect.
